Apostle Paul Die

Apostle Paul Die

Question: How is the Creation Story not to be taken literally when Apostle Paul said sin came from Adam?

Romans 5:12
Just as sin entered the world through one man, and death resulted from sin, therefore everyone dies, because everyone has sinned.

It's clear as day, and Paul was an Apostle from God who spoke with the words God gave him. So doesn't this mean that ALL Christians must believe that Adam was really one man, and in doing so, the earth really is only a few thousand years old?

It's either you're Christian or you're not, you must choose. ^_^
So you take my full name now eh? Well, you pic is still crappy. :)
And why are there atheists here?? This question was addressed to Christians. :)
I most defiantly can Judge you as said by the Apostle Paul. And I judge you on this, if Paul spoke of something as literal, you MUST take it as literal. :)

Answer: The word of God is truth. What we are seeing is what Peter wrote of:

For since the day that our fathers fell asleep everything continues as it was from the beginning of the creation. For they willingly ignore the fact that there were heaven, from of old, and an earth formed out of water and through water, by the word of God; and that by the same means the world which then existed was destroyed by a deluge of water. But the heavens and earth that now are, by the same word of God, have been reserved for fire, and are being kept for the Day of Judgment, and for the destruction of ungodly men"
2 Peter 3:3-7
