Question: Julius Caesar, speak hands for me?
Hey, what do you guys think is meant when one of the senators shouts 'Speak, hands for me!' right before they murder Caesar. What does this line mean?
Answer: "Express your opinion. Give me a show of hands."
In meetings and assemblies votes were (and still are) counted by lifting your hand up.
