Answer: What exactly do you expect people here to do? Write it for you? E-mail you a paper they've already done? I count seventeen spelling and grammar errors just in your alleged "question" alone. What kind of "help" are you looking for? If you have a lousy grade right now it is most likely owing to the very poor writing skills you have already demonstrated by your previous work. If you were to suddenly turn in a paper that had no spelling or grammar errors -- when you can't even write a simple question here -- it would be immediately obvious to any marginally competent teacher that it was not your own work and you would receive a failing grade anyway for cheating.

You have two ways you can go about this: 1) Get pissed off at me for calling you out and learn nothing or 2) Seek out a writing tutor at school or in your local area. If you can't find a tutor there are several books available designed specifically to help writers craft their work (e.g. "A Writer's Reference"). You should be able to find one at a library and you're likely to find people there who would be willing to help you if you genuinely want to become a better writer (such as the librarians who work at the reference desk).

If you are struggling with your grades because you don't read well or you have a condition such as dyslexia, there are resources available to help you there too. Talk to your teacher after class and tell him or her that you sincerely want to do better but you're struggling with the material. It is a rare teacher who WON'T help out a student who shows a genuine desire to overcome his or her difficulties.

If you are simply too bored/lazy/distracted by whatever useless pop-culture icon it is you're worshiping this week to do the work assigned to you then there isn't anything anyone here is going to be able to do to help you -- nor should they.
