Julius Caesar Ides Of March

Question: Can blind people tell the future?
Like i think in this julius caesar or some other story i read, a blind guy tells him to beware of the ides of march or something. So in reality, can blind tell the future?
Answer: No they cannot. However in the past they have been used as mystical characters who have the ability to communicate with the gods due to their solitude. But just remember that is in fictional stories and that in the real world they are normal individuals that go through the same obstacles as us. Dont have prejudices against those who are different.
