Julius Caesar Military

Question: Who do you think are greatest Military generals/commanders of all time?

Here are mine

1. Alaxendar

2. Rommel (desert wolf)

3. Khalid Ibn Al Walid

4. Julius Caesar

5. Napoleon
How about Genghis Khan or Saladin

Answer: 1) Napoleon ( If you fight too long, your enemies, learn your art of war)

2) Alexander the Great

3) Gangis Khan

4) Stone Wall Jackson (Gen. Lee said of Jackson when he was wounded, just before he died,) "Jackson has lost his left arm, but I have lost my right". (meaning he lost Jackson)

5) George Patton (who beat Rommel (The Desert Fox), or a Rommel trained Panzer group, every time they opposed each other) Julius Caesar tie for fifth place

(Hitler as a General was a pimple on the @.S.S. HOLE of progress as Generals go, he was a lucky guesser at first, and then an obstacle to the defense of Germany later) I would not even mention him her except for the Hitler hugers, I see answering this question.

Wellington? One good battle, Montgomery? Operation Market Garden! Pfft......Hell, they ought to kiss the butts of the Generals they beat or they wouldn't have been remembered at all.
