Question: Did Hitler try to reestablish the Roman Empire with the capital in Berlin. Also known as the Third Riech.?

Julius Caesar and Cleopatra had a son Octavian. That meant that Octavian was the emperor of Rome and the Pharoah of Egypt at the same time. That created a special relationship between Rome and Egypt. What is the status of that relationship today?
The countries involved in the NAZI conquest of Europe were/are Germany, France, Belgium, Egypt and, United Kingdom, America.
Were these countries pro or con for Hitler and the Holocaust?

Answer: No. Generally, Hitler and the Nazis believed that the human race comprised three groups:

1. The Aryan (maybe Teutonic) races who gave rise to the ideal Germanic appearance and attitudes that they required of their followers.

2. "Races" who were helpful to the rise and dominance of the Aryan race. This included the Anglo Saxon people and their descendants, the Nordics/Scandinavians, the Franks and their descendants, and those peripheral European "races" that supported Nazism, such as Italians, Spanish, Turks and so on.

3. "Races" who were useless and potentially dangerous. This included all Slavic populations including Russians, Jews, blacks, Orientals and "white Africans" such as Algerians, Moroccans and so on.

Hitler wished to recreate the atmosphere of the Holy Roman Empire as typified by Barbarossa, Frederick the Great and others. He understood the linguistic relationship between Caesar, Kaiser, Czar, Shah, Raja and so on. But it was all mixed up in his head, and he couldn't decide, eventually, who were friends and who were "natural" enemies.

Italy and Spain (and to some extent Portugal) were supportive of the Nazi agenda, as was Japan for the opportunity to expand its empire in the Pacific region. But, generally, the Nazis were on their own: practically everyone hated them, including many Germans.
