Question: Whats a good, non-fiction book to read quick as a 9th grader?

It should be not too hard to read, and non-fiction. Although it must be non-fiction, it cannot be a (Auto)/Biography. Any topic is okay, preferably one I can enjoy and pick up at a local library today.
Thanks for the rebel lines suggestion, but as being a boy I'd prefer a book about the story of an event or male character.

Short, suspenseful, detailed account of the sinking of the Titanic. The author interviewed 60 survivors. I loved it at your age.
