Question: Can you reword this sentence to make it sound better?

Sentence: The Tragedy of Julius Caesar was written in 1599 in London.
-- can you make it where i dont use "in" twice? i cant think of anything!

Sentence2: This tragic drama was set in 44 B.C. in Ancient Rome.
--again change the "in" where it isnt used twice.. and is would you say, tragic drama was set or is set??

Answer: The Tragety of Julius Caesar was written in London during the year 1599.

This tragic drama was set in Ancient Rome around 44 B.C.
