Question: julius Caesar - the book?

for each act of julius caesar, i have to select a quote that relates to the concept of abusing power, misusing authority, and or being the victim of control.
for Act II and all the scenes in it, i wasn't sure which character really shows any of these.
for act I i already used cassius, but now i have to pick a diff character.

i need so much helpp!!!
